The campground is open daily from 8.00am to 7.00pm, except on Christmas Day. Please note that there will be no access for public vehicles on Tuesday 4 January from 7.30am to 4.00pm.
Parking is available at the campground and there are no parking charges.
Visitors can discover ancient trees and a mosaic of habitats in this historical forest. The campground is rich in history and has lots to explore, making it the perfect forest for an exciting and educational day out.
Visitors are reminded not to light BBQs, fires, or camp stoves in the forest to help protect it from wildfires.
Visitors can enjoy walking in the forest, recording wildlife through the iNaturalist app, having a picnic in the beautiful picnic areas, and exploring the wide open areas with their four-legged friends.
