While we cannot guarantee that all units will be located in the same area of the park due to availability, we will do our best to meet your expectations.
Yes, we do offer wheelchair accessible accommodation. Many of our parks have specially adapted units for guests with mobility difficulties. If your party includes someone with special needs, please call us to check availability and discuss your requirements.
If you need to make minor changes to your booking, such as changing the name of a member of your party, we will do our best to assist you, subject to availability. There are no charges for minor changes. Major changes, such as a change of dates, will incur an administration charge if made at least 42 days prior to the start date of your holiday.
You have two options to pay off any remaining balance of your holiday. You can use the 'My Account' area if you booked online, or you can call our bookings team to make a payment over the phone. Balances must be fully paid 60 days before the commencement of your holiday.
The holiday price includes heating and electricity, bed linen, cooking/eating utensils, use of most on-site facilities, entertainment complex passes, and access to free on-site WiFi. Some facilities may require a small charge, but overall, we aim to provide a comprehensive package for your stay.
