Pioneer piper Kathryn Tickell and her band the Darkening will perform brand new material from their latest album. Additionally, there will be a brand-new show celebrating the Kings and Queens of country music in 2024. The best jazz musicians the North has to offer will also return to Sunderland.
There will be a rare, stripped back performance exploring material from a band's extensive catalogue. A film screening of Stop Making Sense followed by an after party with DJ Paul Smith from Maximo Park is also on the agenda. The world's biggest and best-loved Blues Brothers party show will be featured, straight from the West End's Adelphi and Savoy Theatres.
