The country park offers free entry and parking, a cafe, toilets, and well-made paths for a lovely walk. It is also popular with dog walkers.
The main pool is an outstanding feature at the center of the site, with a fully restored 1904 stone boat house.
Visitors can access the park by following the signposts from the A527 Stoke-on-Trent to Congleton Road, turning into Grange Road, passing Biddulph Grange Gardens, and reaching the main car park. There is parking available for 40 cars.
Paths have been restored and new ones created to give easy access through the park. While the site is on a hillside, there is wheelchair access as far as the main pool.
The cafe is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm, Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am to 3pm, with extended opening hours during school holidays. Opening times are displayed on a notice board at the cafe.
