The centre operates at a reduced capacity, requires online booking in advance, implements a 3-hour stay limit, and has introduced arrival times to alleviate queues and allow for safe distancing. Face coverings are recommended in indoor areas, hand washing and sanitizing facilities are available, and intensified cleaning procedures are in place.
Visitors can take advantage of a refund on the cost of admission by purchasing a membership on the day of their visit. Additionally, an official carer accompanying a full paying child or adult is admitted free of charge, and carers must provide appropriate identification to qualify.
