During the maintenance period, customers requiring accessible access can park in the lower car park and use the ramps that lead to the main entrance. There will be no accessible access from the upper car park level to the venue during this period.
All activities must be booked in advance, and all advanced bookings are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued where the activity cannot be run. Bookings can be transferred, where sessions are available within 7 days of the original booking, only if more than 24 hours notice is given of the original booking taking place.
