The overall experience at the hotel was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for a relaxing stay.
The rooms were very spacious and the little kitchenette was a wonderful addition. The bathroom was of good quality and the shower was great. The only downside was the water quality, but this was easily solved by using bottled water in the kettle.
The food at the hotel was perfect and tasty. The service was excellent and the environment was really clean. The nearby Coppa Club also offered a nice dining experience with reasonably priced drinks and good quality dinner and cocktails.
The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a former Elizabethan coaching inn on a quiet stretch of the Thames. The views were breathtaking and it was a fabulous place to visit with loved ones.
I would rate my stay at the hotel as 100%. It surpassed expectations and I would definitely stay there again. The safety felt very secure and the staff were very helpful, making it a wonderful experience overall.
