The Summer opening hours for the Cathedral are from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, with Sunday hours remaining the same.

One of the best ways to explore the Cathedral is by taking one of the Highlights and Upper Levels Tours. Visitors can book a tour on the tours pages and select their preferred date. If the desired date is not available, an enquiry form can be completed to arrange a bespoke guided tour.
The 6-week course led by Canon Tim Alban Jones will explore the history of the Cathedral from the earliest times to the present day.
Admission to the Cathedral is free, but donations are requested to help maintain the historical site.
