My experience at the Audiologist was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing and treated me as a person, not just a patient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of their services.
The waiting area was comfortable with cozy seats. There was a coffee shop and clean toilets available. The staff at the reception were professional, helpful, and went the extra mile to assist me during my visit.
I took my mother-in-law to the Audiologist and she was seen by the ear doctor for testing. The staff were very accommodating and made her feel at ease. They were patient and understanding, especially since she is elderly. It was a pleasant experience overall.
