Pets must have been vaccinated within the last 12 months, and the vaccination certificate must be produced upon arrival. Cats must also be vaccinated against Influenza and Enteritis. Male cats must be neutered. The Cattery reserves the right to refuse boarding for pets without a current up-to-date vaccination certificate or any pet that is ill upon arrival.
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per pet is required at the time of booking. Boarding fees are due for payment on the day of arrival. All nights booked must be paid for in full unless cancellation is notified more than 7 days before the checking-in date. Alternative arrangements will be made for pets not collected within 14 days of the collection date at the owner's expense.
