The medical practice offers evening and weekend appointments through the GP+ service, where patients can see GPs, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, and Physiotherapists in a fully equipped location.
Patients registered at the practice can access additional routine appointments during evenings and weekends through the new GP+ service by booking appointments through the reception team at their own GP practice.
Patients can order repeat medication and appointments online by getting their log in details from reception and visiting the practice's website. They can also order medication in person or by post, but not over the telephone.
To register with the practice, patients need to live within the practice area and complete a registration pack and GMS1 form. They must bring the completed forms and 2 forms of identification to the practice for registration.
The practice monitors missed appointments monthly and displays the information at the practice. Patients who miss appointments on a regular basis will receive a letter from the practice, and upon the third missed appointment in a six-month period, the practice may make an application for the patient to be removed from the practice list.
