The experience of booking and staying at the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic was smooth, friendly, and very enjoyable. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and friendly, and the room was warm and clean. The food at the evening meal and breakfast was exceptional with good portions, extremely tasty and refined, and a wide choice.

The afternoon tea experience at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super polite, and the spread was excellent. It comes highly recommended.

The private lunch in the library was a great experience. The variety of menu choices suited all the guests, the food was plentiful and flavorsome. The room where the lunch took place was well-appointed, and the guests enjoyed a comfortable stay in the main house with quality bedding. They also had a full English breakfast before checking out.
