Chadwick Lodge and Eaglestone View offer medium, low secure and acute services providing specialist treatment programmes for patients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act.
They offer a rehabilitation intensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) service for women with a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).
All programmes are designed to reduce the risk of re-offending and to maximize the potential and enhance the quality of life of each patient.
Patients are provided with single en-suite rooms in 10 small wards, as well as 5 rehabilitation self-contained apartments. The service also offers well-maintained gardens, a fully-equipped gym, and a variety of facilities for occupational and sports therapy.
Hope apartments provide a service for women who are progressing well in the intensive programme and who are preparing for discharge. The apartments enable patients to practice their skills in real-life situations before returning to the community or a step-down placement.
