The Health Centre offers the highest levels of care and tailors services to suit patients' health and wellbeing needs. Additionally, they provide a video GP service as part of their NHS services to all patients.
Patients can provide feedback by using the feedback form at the bottom of the page. If they need to make a complaint, they can ask for a Complaint Form and a copy of the Complaint Leaflet, or email their complaint directly to the service.
If patients are unable to attend their appointment, they should inform the surgery so that the space can be made available to other patients. They can contact the surgery via their NHS Account.
To register as patients, patients can complete the online form available on the Health Centre's website.
If patients have concerns or complaints that are not resolved by the Health Centre, they can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) for help. However, the PHSO will only look into the case if the complaints process with the Health Centre has been completed. More information can be found on the PHSO website.
