You can usually find Cora waiting to help at the bottom right hand side of the screen, or in your mobile app by tapping on 'Help' followed by 'Message us'.
You can withdraw money for free from our cash machines across the UK. You can also get cash from other ATMs, but make sure to check if they charge for withdrawals as some third party ATM's charge fees. Money can be withdrawn over the counter in any of our branches Monday to Friday. Check our guidelines to see how much notice you need to give and what documents to bring.

A mobile branch allows you to do all your usual everyday banking, like making deposits, withdrawing cash, and paying bills. They visit specific locations for up to 5 days a week throughout the year (except Christmas Day and Bank Holidays).
