The chefs at the pub prepare delicious British staples on the menu, including a Friday fish bar and traditional Sunday roasts.
The pub sits on the foundations of a 1600’s barn once known as East Green Farm and for a short time as Shenley Lodge. In 2007, the pub was rebuilt after a fire, still using remnants of the historic pub.
Cyclists and walkers are spoilt with nearby views of Furzton Lake, a peaceful oasis featuring art sculptures. The pub is also located in a residential area surrounded by beautiful scenery.
Well behaved pooches are welcome in the bar area and garden of the pub, making it a pet-friendly establishment.
Guests can book a table by using the online form provided on the website. For larger bookings or any other enquiries, guests can call the pub to speak to a member of the team. Any dietary or wheelchair access requirements can be specified in the Requests comments box when booking online.
