Diamond members were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, which was described as marvellous. The staff treated them very well and provided a luxury experience.
The fire alarm evacuation took less than a minute, showing great efficiency and commendable aspect of the hotel.
The rooms were rated 5/5, with the Presidential Suite being beyond description and thoroughly enjoyed by guests.
