You will learn the basics of AutoCAD before moving onto more in-depth lessons to fully grasp the ins and outs of the software.
Your tutors Stefano and Ben are industry professionals with extensive experience in using AutoCAD for interior, furniture, landscape, and product design. They are passionate about passing on their skills to anyone willing to learn and ensure classes take place within a supportive learning environment.
In the Introduction AutoCAD Course, you will learn how to produce 2D plans using AutoCAD. The course covers essentials such as navigating the user interface, setting up and file management, drawing, editing, drawing aids, layers, text, dimensioning, drawing exercises, and plotting. By the end of the course, you will be able to create your own simple drawings for various design purposes.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a package of 10-15 bespoke video tutorials that are recorded during the training. This allows you to watch back the training days in your own time after the course, providing a valuable resource for further learning and practice.
The AutoCAD Evening Introduction class is held every Monday evening for a duration of 4 weeks. This schedule allows for consistent learning and practice over a period of time, ensuring that you can fully grasp the concepts and skills taught in the course.
