Great value, High-tech
Rooms: Were fantastic we had a family sized room which consisted of one room with a double bed, beautiful big bath. Second room had 3 single beds and another big bath which the children loved. Complimentary water, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugars and milk. Mini fridge. Room service. Televisions in both room. Desks with seat also table with seating. Spacious rooms. Fantastic views
The staff were supper attentive helpful and friendly as always.
Walkability: Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, activity and entertainment centres, shopping centres etc
Stay 8th-9th Feb 2024. Was provided a free upgrade to a kings size suite from a twin room. Upon getting into my room it was apparant that the toilet had a slight leak. I reported this and was again given a further free upgrade to a Kings Executive Suite room with Exec lounge access. The room was amazing. Bigger than my old flat in Central London. Exec lounge is probably the best one Ive been in the UK for both food and drink options during happy hour. Breakfast was also amazing. Back again in two weeks 22nd Feb and cant wait.
