The park has a pavilion with 2 team changing rooms and a community room available for hire. There are also newly refurbished facilities in the park.
The park has been awarded a Green Flag, which is the benchmark national standard for parks and green spaces in the UK.
The plan is to refurbish and expand the old depot building, providing a secure workspace for the team maintaining the park. The consultation for this project has ended, and a decision is expected in summer 2024.
In 2014, the Hackney Mosaic Project covered the walls of an old shelter in the children's playground with mosaics depicting animals and trees. Various groups, including volunteers and charity organizations, were involved in this project.
Visitors can enjoy free group exercise classes, events such as plays, films, live music, recorded music, and dance performances. The park also has a map of trees with information on their species and benefits to wildlife.
