The menu includes dishes such as beetroot and gin cured trout, dry aged beef tartare, red deer saddle, chargrilled dry aged beef sirloin, and rhubarb and almond tart.
The Wine Bar offers over 1000 wines including 650 from Burgundy. It is open from 12noon every day with a Sommelier on hand to help choose the right wine. Gift vouchers in denominations of £50 are also available for purchase.
