Overall very positive experience, i’m not exactly savvy with my bike knowledge and i felt very welcomed and catered to there. the staff is super friendly and helpful, with the prices being a bargain for london . i haven’t bought a bike as i’m still nervous to own one but the staff really eased me into the whole process. thank you and i’ll be coming back soon to make the big purchase!!
