We did the 3hr beginner course with Sam. It was a great introduction to rock climbing and we learned all the basic techniques and safety procedures.
Our instructor, Sam, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. He made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and confident throughout the course.
The facilities at the indoor climbing centre were top-notch. The climbing walls were well-maintained and there were plenty of routes for climbers of all levels. The equipment provided was also in great condition.
We felt very safe during our rock climbing experience. The staff at the indoor climbing centre were very attentive and made sure everyone followed proper safety protocols. We were able to focus on enjoying the climb without any worries.
