The Tap is housed in a unique Victorian curved building dating back to 1862, located on the bank of the river Derwent. It boasts high Victorian ceilings, imposing windows, exposed brickwork, and original wooden floors, creating a traditional pub atmosphere.
The Tap offers a wide selection of drinks, including 10 real ales on hand pull, showcasing 5 of their own ales and 5 guest ales. They also have a fantastic selection of lagers, wines, spirits, ciders, and world beers. Additionally, they have a purpose-built smoking barn, courtyard, and roof terrace overlooking the river.
The Tap offers freshly cooked food available daily, with a pop-up kitchen every weekend. Customers can enjoy delicious food while enjoying their drinks in a traditional pub setting.
