There are Changing Places toilet facilities at both the main entrance and at another entrance, with visitors needing a RADAR key for access. The Information Centre has disabled access, and mobility scooters can be hired at this time.
Permit holders do not need to buy a ticket from the machine but must display their valid permit inside the vehicle. Broomey Croft car park is now pay and display, with parking charges applying year-round. Failure to display a valid day ticket or permit may result in a parking charge notice and a fine of up to £50, with payment by card only.
Jet skiing, fishing, and boating are popular activities at this waterside attraction, along with bird-watching, walking, and biking on the trails.
