Changes to non-Flexi bookings are subject to a change fee of €2.60/£2.00 per ticket.
Ticket change requests can only be made for Flexi tickets. Tickets purchased without Flexi are non-refundable and non-transferable as per the Terms and Conditions.
If a customer selects a wheelchair companion seat, it must be purchased in conjunction with an available wheelchair space.
Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the card on the original payment within 10 days. Customers are asked to sit in their assigned seat and not attend the cinema if they feel unwell.
