The leisure centre offers a gym with 140 workout stations, fitness classes, a competition swimming pool, a community swimming pool, learner pools, a sports hall, and a café.
The leisure centre is clean, not too busy, and has helpful staff. It has a great gym with plenty of classes led by good instructors. The facility is relatively new and boasts a large pool.
The leisure centre offers specialist programs such as Healthwise and MacMillan Move More to support health improvement. There are also swimming lessons available for kids of all ages.
The leisure centre works in partnership with Belfast City Council and has announced plans to work alongside leading health charity Diabetes UK for fundraising initiatives in 2024.
